01About me
An industrial engineer who fell in love with how things work.
I'm a self-described multipotentialite, and I do my best work where operations, technology, and creativity meet. Trained as an industrial engineer, I've spent my career designing the processes behind growing organizations, from a multinational group spanning six countries to a fast-scaling US digital marketing agency.
Most recently, I led operations at Hit Your Mark, growing from Technical Operations Coordinator to Operations Manager. I scaled the agency to hundreds of retainer clients, quadrupled the team, and deployed AI automation and agentic workflows across every department.
Outside the day job, I build brands of my own: a digital agency, a travel company, a slow-travel blog, and a financial advisory practice. When I'm offline, you'll find me hiking a volcano, on a surfboard, or staying a little longer somewhere new.

Served as the CEO's strategic partner, owning operations end-to-end so leadership could focus fully on new business. Scaled the client portfolio to hundreds of retainer clients and built the SOPs and infrastructure behind 4× headcount growth (10 to 40+ team members). Deployed AI automation and agentic workflows across departments, cutting new-hire ramp-up from months to days; built the people & culture function from the ground up; and drove strategies behind a major vendor agreement with a top US national home care company.

Streamlined workflows across web design, hosting, SEO, SEM, PPC, and SMM, and piloted the company's first AI implementations. Delivered 40+ full-stack websites for a global client base and built the company's first analytics & reporting infrastructure.
